Norrie has been with NLCC since 2008 and over the years has been a great asset to the church with his organisational skills and management skills he was appointed as an Elder of New Life in 2013.

Norrie grew up on the south-side of Glasgow and attended Sunday school and Boys Brigade. He had the mindset of being a “good person” and believed that would be enough to get him into heaven. He first heard the Gospel in 1996 when his wife, Lesley, became a Christian and the Lord began to change his heart. Over the course of a year, the scripture in John 3:3, “No-one can see the Kingdom of God unless he is born again,” became very real to him & he gave his heart to the Lord on 18th May 1997. Norrie has been in business for over 15 years. During this time, the Lord has brought many contacts, business opportunities and continues to open doors that only He can open. There have been many trials in Norrie’s walk with God, but through these, the Lord has always been faithful & has never let him down. He truly is a good God!
